Dearest angels in heaven,
Please whisper to the flowers so they they may bloom by daylight.
Sing lullabies to children whose parents forgot to kiss them goodnight.
Please watch over old couples and always keep them warm.
Dance with the winds so they may calm down.
Don't forget to stay beside men and women alike,
Who think they got everything figured out,
For they are the ones who need most of your light.

Please hold the lost souls and carry them back.
Smile above us and lead us to dreams of our pasts.
Never keep the waves from touching the shore,
For they may carry with them answers to questions untold.
Please cry with us in joy, in agony, in peace and sorrow.
Remind us to pray that we may become better, wiser
